Well, I have searched and searched, but as yet have not found the combo "Congrats on the new job"/"Sorry your cat passed away" card that I have been wanting to send to you. Hello? Hallmark? Holy untapped market... Anyway, I really do mean it- congrats and best of luck on the new job, and so sorry about Henry. I know how much it totally sucks to lose a beloved pet- it's been over a year since we lost Marley, and I still think about him almost every day. Our thoughts are with you....

ReplyDeleteOn the other hand, you've totally put a crimp in my plans. I was contemplating a visit to LA, and thinking how I didn't want to deal with renting a car, and thought- "No worries. Jamie doesn't have a job- she'll drive me around all week." ;)
